Hunting for Tweets
On March 4, 2015 the first assignment given in class was the Twitter Scavenger Hunt (TSH), where we had to complete 10 tasks and submit the results via Twitter. This assignment was nerve-wrecking, but it helped develop our Twitter skills. I also became aware of the accessibility and speediness of Twitter. It was very interesting to see how other students around the world were doing in the hunt using the hashtag #JRLweb. This assignment did not only expand our use of communication platforms, but it connected us to students who are far away, yet are going though the same experience.
